Co-founded by Nichole and Selena, Enso is a vision of a small, local business that aims to create a safe space for the community to recharge, connect, heal and exist peacefully and authentically.

We've combined our efforts to provide a sturdy support system, diverse offerings, and intentional care with trauma-informed approaches. This healing center would be the first of its kind settled within Historic Valley Junction, where the rich and diverse culture aligns with our goal of increasing community support and providing experiences to rejuvenate spirits and transform lives.

Each of us has experienced the transformative power of healing from trauma firsthand. It is our passion and purpose to extend this opportunity to others in our community. We believe that everyone deserves a space where they can focus on their well-being, surrounded by experienced practitioners and a supportive community.
